Glad you are back Earl! Glad you had a great trip. Can't wait to see the pictures and hear your stories! We missed you really bad and only ran once ourselves! We did walk another day though. We are going to start doing a track workout one of our days this week. It is something we saw in our "Runners World" magazine and our friend Jason was talking about. It is supposed to help build endurance. We will see. I mapped out a long run for next Saturday, 15 miles. Meeting at 6 A.M by the park. Everyone is welcome to come. I am sure I will be bringing up the rear so don't worry about slow you think you are!
I got on the scale this afternoon, morning was dedicated to mowing lawns before it got too hot! Weigh in was 233.8 lbs. Bec was too busy and didn't get on the scale. She looks great and is planning on running 6 miles on Saturday. Have a great week everyone!

I can't believe you are going to run 15 miles on a holiday!! Wow, that is dedication! Awesome job guys! What are the plans for the cruise?
We are thinking the week of Thanksgiving? How does that work for you guys? Bec will be off from work as well as a couple of the others who will be going with us. Let us know and we can find something and get it booked soon.
