My wife, myself and a group of friends have decided that it is time to get into shape. We have set up this blog to keep track of each other and motivate one another to stick with it.

First week gitters
I hit the scales this morning - 216.4. This is 3.2 lbs for the first week. Not surprising with water loss and getting back on track after taking too long of a break. Did great at portions and snacking. Just need to be consistent in my training and stick to my goals.
That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing has changed but that our power to do has increased Ralph Waldo Emmerson
