Okay after I saw that Bec lost 7 pounds in a week I was hoping to loose at least two! I got on the scale on Friday and had gained a pound. I was so mad!! I thought I had done good on my eating all week and worked out 6 days! Well, I pigged out all weekend, and I even had a pop! I was telling everyone I gained instead of lost and that I was sick of it. They try to tell me it is muscle I gained, which may be true because I have been lifting weights, but, for how hard I have been busting my butt working out I should see some kind of result and my clothes all fit the same! So I recommited today, but then we had a cinnamon roll tonight, I may be a lost cause! Rhett's family is starting a little get healthy thing where we all put money in a pot and get points for certain things, working out, drinking 8 glasses a water, eating zero junkfood (I doubt I will get those points too often). Anyway it starts Oct. 1, maybe that will give me more motivation! Keep up the good work Cam and Bec - you guys are my inspiration!!!!!

Claudine! i always love to hear from you! 6 days of work outs is GREAT and some day it will start to work dont give up! I know the sweets thing! dallin made a cake yesterday and we didnt eat much of it so i took it to Seminary with me today i dont want a repeat of last time we had a cake here. althoug i think that may be why i lost so much for a day it made me pretty sick!! Love you lots. Good luck with the points!

Hey add me to your list, I have started going to the gym since July 21st 5 days a week doing a combo of weights and cardio. It took me awhile to actually get in shape for the weight to start coming off, but about 2 weeks ago I started to notice, and I am officially down 7lbs since my start weight and I have 53lbs to go. But I feel I have made the commitment, I need to keep at it. I also have a few friends down here that join me, and that makes it much easier.
