Consistency
I am glad for a plan. I was once told that those that fail to plan, plan to fail. I weighed in at 214.8 this week. Below 215 for the first time in a while. Although the weight is not melting off, I have become more consistent is my eating habits and workouts. Sometimes it is difficult when my wife who says she wants to loose weight, munches on a chocolate drumstick. She even look at me weird as she downed a couple homemade cinnamon rolls. Oh, there is nothing better than the smell of warm...enough of that. Well, good luck to everyone and may we all achieve our goals!

Great job Earl! You are strong to pass on the "Fresh Hot Cinnimon Rolls". I think I would have eaten at least one! I think your wife is trying to test your resolve! Don't give in!
I can relate!! I went OFF sugar (of any kind, in any thing) and dang is it hard when you are married to someone who can eat whatever they want and still lose weight. I've tried for the last 10years to show a correlation between diet and weight but Randy lives in his own fantasy which unfortunately is real... In the meatime I'm enjoying cucumbers and bell peppers dipped in homemade hummus... yummy :-)
GOOD LUCK and hard work Ya'll
